When you call

What happens after you reach out

  1. Day 0

Step 1: You send a photo or call

A text with a photo of the wall from inside and out is enough to start.

  2. This week

Step 2: We visit and measure

Gaoly or Mesfin comes, measures the wall and the ground outside, and chalks the opening.

  3. After the visit

Step 3: You get a written quote

Every line has a name: window, well, drain, cover, trim, permit. What's not in the price is listed too.

  4. Before the dig

Step 4: We pull the permit

We file it, call 811 and set the dig date.

  5. Job days

Step 5: The crew cuts and sets

Three to five days for a window, longer for a stairwell.

  6. Last day

    Step 6: The inspector visits

While the opening is still open. You get a copy of the sign-off.
