Privacy policy

This site collects what you send: your name, phone, email, the town where the house stands and anything you write or text about your basement. The office uses it to answer you and to prepare a quote.

What we do with it

We don't sell your details and we don't share them except with the people who work on your job, such as the town's permit office or a licensed plumber or electrician on your quote.

Photos you text us

Photos you text go to the office phone through your own text app. We use them to prepare your quote and delete them when the quote is closed, unless you ask us to keep them.
